The Competition

The Swiss Sales Trophy 2025 is a 3-stage national competition to find and celebrate the best B2B software sales reps in Switzerland. It’s your chance to showcase your skills, get in front of top sales leaders and take home the trophy.

Qualification

Between Oct 20 - 24

300 participants go head-to-head in a cold call simulation — against an AI-powered prospect. Only the sharpest openers survive.

Semi-Final

Between Oct 27 - 31

The top 20 enter a live video sales meeting with two expert judges. It’s real pressure. Real-time feedback. And your shot to reach the final.

Grand Final

On Nov 6

Live at Startup Nights in Winterthur, the top 5 pitch live on stage in front of hundreds. One winner will be crowned Switzerland’s top closer of 2025.

Who can participate?

Anyone in B2B software sales: SDRs, AEs, commercial founders, and solo sellers. If you love selling and want to test yourself, you're in the right place.

Is this competition remote or in person?

The qualification and semi-final rounds are fully remote and can be done from anywhere. Only the grand final takes place on-site - live at Startup Nights in Winterthur, Switzerland

What does it cost to participate?

There’s a CHF 20 participation fee, but thanks to our amazing sponsors, the first 50 sign-ups are completely free. Don’t wait!

Can I recommend a teammate or friend?

Absolutely. Sales is more fun with friends. Share the signup link and challenge your team to compete alongside you.

What will I be selling?

You'll receive a real-world product briefing and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) before each round. Your task? Craft the right pitch, just like in a real sales process.

How are participants evaluated?

Each round is judged by experienced sales leaders. We assess structure, relevance, confidence, objection handling, and more - live and on the spot.

What’s the competition timeline?

Qualification: Oct 20-24 (AI cold call simulation)
Semi-Final: Oct 27-31 (Live video pitch)
Final: Nov 6 (Live on stage in Winterthur)

How much time do I need to commit?

Product Briefing:
~30 minutes to understand the product and its unique selling points (you’ll get a clear one-pager and ICP).

Qualification Round:
~15 minutes for a cold call simulation with our AI prospect - do it anytime that suits you during the week.

Semi-Final:
~20 minutes of prep + 20 minutes for your scheduled live pitch via video call with two judges.

Grand Final (for Top 5):
~1 hour on-site at Startup Nights in Winterthur.
